Ian Wheeler on a job site

About W Land Services

Built on Honest Work.

Owner-operated since day one. Ian Wheeler runs every job personally — no middlemen, no surprises.

The Story

Started with a machine and a work ethic.

W Land Services was built from the ground up — literally. Ian Wheeler started the company after years of working in the field and realizing that most excavation outfits had lost touch with what actually matters: showing up on time, doing the work right!

Based in New Hampshire, Ian has spent years working the land across the state . He knows NH terrain, NH weather, and what it takes to get a site ready when conditions aren't cooperating.

Today, W Land Services handles everything from foundation digs and drainage installs to full lot clearing and small demo. Every job is still owner-operated. That's not a marketing line — it's how we keep quality where it needs to be.

How We Work

What you can count on.

Ian on every job

No subcontractors. No sending a crew you've never met. When you hire W Land Services, Ian Wheeler is on site with the equipment.

Straight talk

We tell you what the job actually involves, what it'll cost, and how long it'll take. No lowball bids that balloon later.

NH-built toughness

New Hampshire sites are rocky, wet, and unpredictable. We've worked them all and know how to adapt when the ground doesn't cooperate.

Clean work

We leave job sites better than we found them. Debris hauled, edges clean, drainage working. Done means done.

Licensed & Insured

You're covered. We're covered.

W Land Services is fully licensed and insured in the state of New Hampshire. We carry general liability and equipment coverage on every job. No shortcuts on the paperwork, same as no shortcuts on the work.
